We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays and orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. For special over-night or rush delivery, please call Customer Service at (917) 679-6896. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00 our shipping fee is a flat rate of $8.95 via UPS. We process and ship orders only in the U.S.

We love our elegant Swiss quality line from Arise Swiss Alpine Cosmetic and we hope that you will enjoy it just as much! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Snowflowerlux.com, we accept returns or exchanges on unopened products in excellent condition within 30 days of the order. In the rare occasion you have an allergic reaction to our products, we will accept a return within 30 days of purchase. Please also tell us why you are returning the product and of your allergic reaction.

We can not process any returns or exchanges if a fair amount of the product has been used. Return or exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless an item(s) was shipped to you in error.
